Limited Edition Series Wines from Our Israeli Winery

The limited-edition series is where Beit-El Winery's single-vineyard wines come together under five distinct names, Jacob's Dream, Tal Binyamin, Revelation, 5757 Old Vines and Majestic. Each release is tied to a specific plot on our estate, grown under its own conditions and bottled in a limited, carefully controlled production. Every bottle in the series is made to show real character from the vineyard that produced it.
What the Limited Edition Series Includes
- Five separate series: Jacob's Dream, Tal Binyamin, Revelation, 5757 Old Vines and Majestic
- Mostly single-vineyard wines, each from an individual plot with its own growing conditions
- Wines grown from seven grape varieties on terra rossa soil at 850 meters above sea level
- Some bottlings from non-irrigated plots, giving lower yield and more concentrated fruit flavor
- Releases made for both immediate enjoyment and long-term aging potential
Who the Limited Edition Series Is For
This series is built for buyers who look for more than an everyday bottle, among them owners of cars such as Maserati, Lexus and Mercedes, luxury hotels around the world, and collectors, mostly men over thirty, who follow the winery's releases closely. Some collectors wait specifically for a wine from one particular vineyard plot and buy it as soon as a new vintage from that plot is released. This November, the series will be presented at a wine exhibition in Hong Kong, with particular interest expected from importers based in Mumbai, Seoul, Tokyo, Thailand and Singapore.
What to Know Before You Order

Contact usA limited-edition wine series is built around scarcity and specificity, a wine tied to one plot, one vintage or one blend that will not be reproduced in exactly the same way again. Before ordering, it helps to understand what makes a particular bottle limited, whether it is the size of the plot it comes from, the conditions of that vintage, or a blend made only once, since that shapes both the wine's character and its place in a collection.
Aging potential varies between releases. Wines meant for extended cellaring show more restrained fruit and firmer tannin in their youth, opening gradually over years, while wines built for earlier enjoyment show their character and aroma more immediately. Knowing which type a specific bottle is helps decide whether to drink it now or set it aside.
- Which plot or blend a specific bottle comes from, since growing conditions differ across a vineyard
- Whether the wine is meant for immediate drinking or extended cellaring
- Storage conditions such as temperature, humidity and bottle position
- Documentation of origin, useful for import, customs and resale
- Serving temperature and glassware suited to a full-bodied, deep red wine
- How a specific series or vintage compares to earlier releases from the same plot
None of these points set the price on their own, but they explain why a bottle from a certain plot or vintage draws more attention from collectors than another.

FAQ
What does "limited edition series" mean at this winery?
It refers to five distinct wine series, Jacob's Dream, Tal Binyamin, Revelation, 5757 Old Vines and Majestic, each produced in a limited, carefully controlled production from specific vineyard plots. Many of the wines are single-vineyard releases, reflecting the particular growing conditions of their plot.
What is the difference between the series, for example Jacob's Dream and Majestic?
Each series comes from a different plot on the estate, with its own growing conditions, grape composition and resulting character, aroma and body. Some collectors wait specifically for a release from one particular vineyard because of these differences.
Is the limited edition series connected to a Netflix show?
No, this page refers to a wine series, not a television program. The limited-edition series are wine releases produced from specific vineyard plots.
What affects the price of a bottle from the limited edition series?
Price is affected mainly by the specific vineyard plot, the series, and the scarcity of that particular vintage, since production is limited and carefully controlled. Plots that grow without irrigation in particular tend to produce lower yields and more concentrated wines.
Where can buyers reach the limited edition series?
We work with buyers across Israel, New York, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Seoul, and this November we will present the series at a wine exhibition in Hong Kong, aimed particularly at importers from Mumbai, Seoul, Tokyo, Thailand and Singapore.
