Beit-El crafts only invested, high-quality wines in limited editions, with remarkable aromas, a deep red color, full body and expressive flavors. Five series: Jacob's Dream, Tal Binyamin, Revelation, 5757 Old Vines and Majestic. Our vineyards sit 850 meters above sea level on terra rossa soil, with airy, healthy vines; some plots grow without irrigation, producing a low yield but an intense concentration of fruit flavor. We cultivate seven grape varieties at a place of deep significance to humanity, the very site where the patriarch Jacob dreamed the dream that resonates to this day, as told in the Torah. Behind the winery stands the Mann family: Hillel, an agronomist; Shalom-David, a chemist; Israel, economics; and Nina, the mother of the family. Most of our wines are single-vineyard bottlings. With true quality in the vineyards, we release wines by individual plot, each with its own growing conditions that yield surprising, expressive wines with high aging potential, yet enjoyable from the moment of release. Some collectors wait specifically for a wine from a particular vineyard.
